Swedish metallers Ghost have ramped up speculation that something is coming soon, as a livestream video for a billboard has appeared on YouTube.
The billboard shows the fictional clergy setting synonymous with the band, with only the words "V is Coming".
At the time of writing, the stream has been live for over four hours, and the most exciting thing that has happened is the angle of the billboard changing.
A post shared to social media has invited followers to engage with the livestream: "What happens in Vegas stays on the FumataCast!"
Historically, a fumata has referred to smoke signals, telling onlookers that a new Pope has been selected. Given Ghost's tongue-in-cheek religious nature, it makes perfect sense for them to incorporate this into their narrative.
It's likely that this is yet another sign of things to come with the band in the build up to their world tour kicking off next month.
Long time fans of the band will find a similarity to the run up to 'Hunters Moon', the first single with Papa Emeritus IV. Similarly, a livestream was shared with quick cuts to what was later confirmed to be a music video.
